Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not quite right, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error — wrong item, defective product, etc. We'll cover the return shipping too.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to process. This covers transit time to our facility (5–10 business days), processing on our end (3–5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5–10 business days). In many cases, refunds arrive faster.

To start a return, log in to your account, find the order under "Complete Orders" in My Account, and click "Return Item(s)". We'll email you a confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.

Shipping

We ship to nearly every address worldwide, though some products carry restrictions and a few can't be shipped internationally.

At checkout, we'll give you an estimated delivery window based on item availability and your chosen shipping method — exact timing may vary by carrier and is shown on the shipping quote page.

Note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based; you'll find each product's weight on its detail page, with all weights rounded up to the nearest pound.
